CURRENT RESEARCH PROJECTS

Great Smoky Mountains National Park All-Taxa Biodiversity Inventory. 2001-04. IÒm part of the Lousiana State Arthropod Museum (LSAM) team lead by C.E.Carlton, responsible for the beetle inventory. My participation has an emphasis on collection of forest litter fauna and identification of Histeridae and Eucnemidae.

IBISCA - Panama 2003-05 (Investigating the Biodiversity of Soil and Canopy Arthropods). IÒm part of an international research team of this Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute-led project with responsibilities in fieldwork (pitfall and flight intercept trapping, 2003-04) and sorting/analytical (4 target taxa, in collaboration with C.E.Carlton and A.R.Cline [LSAM], 2004-05) stages of the project.
