New Identification and Diagnostic Mobile apps

The Lucid team has recently released the following identification and diagnostic mobile apps that operate on the Apple iPhone and other iOS products; Android versions of these apps have already been released.

Environmental Weeds of Australia - based on an updated edition of the popular CD version this app includes the full Lucid identification key, detailed weed fact sheets, and over 10,000 images right on your smart device. Many of the environmental weeds included in this identification tool are important weed problems in other tropical, subtropical and temperate regions of the world.

Sweetpotato DiagNotes - this tool was initially developed as an online and CD product by a team from The University of Queensland, the International Potato Centre and the Root Crop Research Centre in the Philippines. This free version provides help in diagnosing over 80 insect, disease and other problems found in sweetpotato crops worldwide.
