Tricaenonchus caucasius gen. et sp. n., a remarkable nematode species from the Caucasus (Nematoda: Mononchidae)

Abstract. A peculiar new nematode representing a new genus and species, Tricaenonchus caucasius gen. et sp. n., is described from the Caucasus. It is unique within the superfamily Mononchoidea in showing an unusual constellation of the buccal teeth.
