New records of buffalo treehopper, Stictocephala bisonia Kopp & Yonke, from temperate Asia (Homoptera: Membracidae)

Abstract. S. bisonia is recorded for the first time from the east of the european Russia, Azerbaijan (Nakhichevan' Prov.) and Kazakhstan (Almaty).
