A new genus and species of the family Saldidae from China (Heteroptera)

Abstract. Sinosalda insolita gen. et sp. n. (Saldoidini), is described from the mountains of Shaanxi, China. The new genus is sharing with the Neotropical genus Pseudosaldula Cobben the presence of 5 cells in hemelytral membrane.
