Some new synonymies in the genus Aelia (Heteroptera: Pentatomidae)

Abstract. The following new synonymies are established: Aelia acuminata (Linnaeus, 1758) = Ae. baluchistanensis Ahmad & Zaidi, 1988; Aelia klugii Hahn, 1833 = Ae. bifida Hsiao & Cheng, 1977 = Ae. chinensis Rider & Rolston, 1995.
