Systematic notes on the Tettigoniidae of East Asia (Orthoptera)

A.V. Gorochov, S.Yu. Storozhenko & D. Kostia

Abstract. It is shown that Kuwayamaea Matsumura & Shiraki, 1908 (Phaneropterinae) should be considered as separate genus with two species: K. sapporensis Matsumura & Shiraki, 1908 and K. chinensis (Brunner-Wattenwy, 1878). The first name is ressurected from synonymy with K. chinensis. A neotype of the latter species is designated. Ducetia strelkovi sp. n. (Phaneropterinae) from China and Decta (Idiodecma) improvisum sp. n. (Meconematinae) from Korea are described.
