Резюме. Сообщается о находке верхнего бокового зуба крючкозубого мако Isurus planus (Agassiz, 1856) в отложениях среднего-позднего миоцена острова Сахалин (курасийская свита). Это первая находка данного вымершего вида в России и наиболее северная точка его обнаружения.
