Species: Euchlanis dilatata (Ehrenberg, 1832)    Rotifera

Description: Distribution of FMRFamide and serotonin- (5HT) immunoreactive elements in the brain and one of the longitudinal nerve cords. This series was the first that showed the distribution of these elements in the nervous system of rotifers.
