Концепция гибридогенного видообразования у позвоночных животных: комплексные исследования однополых видов рептилийТруды Зоологического института РАН, 2014, 318(4): 382–390 · https://doi.org/10.31610/trudyzin/2014.318.4.382 Резюме Кратко рассмотрены результаты цитогенетического, молекулярно-цитогенетического, аллозимного, митохондриальной ДНК, микросателлитной ДНК анализов однополо-двуполых комплексов видов из разных семейств ящериц. Комплексное изучение партеногенетических видов рептилий подтверждает концепцию гибридогенного видообразования у позвоночных животных, состоящую в формировании (вследствие гибридизации двуполых видов) новых однополых гибридных видов, клонов и форм. Современные исследования значительно расширили понимание эволюционной взаимосвязи таких событий, как гибридизация, однополое размножение, полиплоидия и «сбалансированность» генома. Подчеркнута избирательность в гибридизации и доказано, что значение гибридизации состоит в дестабилизации гибридного генома, его быстрой изменчивости и в появлении уникальных генных сочетаний и новых аллелей, отсутствующих у родительских видов. Значение однополости, в случае ее возникновения, заключается в сохранении родительских генных комплексов и в фиксации новых уникальных генетических вариантов.
