Notes on the genus Deroplatys Westwood, with description of a new species from Vietnam (Mantodea: Mantidae: Deroplatyinae)

Abstract. A new species of the genus Deroplatys from South Vietnam is described. This is the first record of the genus from Vietnam. A drawing of the male genitalia is given for D. dessicata Westwood, the type species of the genus.
