Parasites taxonomic diversity of agnathans and fishes of Volga River basin. IV. Amphilinida and Cestoda. P. 89-102.
The checklist of Amphilinida and Cestoda of fish in the Volga basin is presented with indication of host and distribution in different areas of the basin. The data on cestodes of 51 fish species are given. The checklist includes 40 species of cestodes and 1 species of am-philins. The families Caryophyllaeidae (8 species) and Proteocephalidae (10 species) are the most numerous. Cestodes Bothriocephalus acheilognathi and Khawia sinensis have been introduced into the Volga basin occasionally during the process of Amur fish species introduction.

Morphological polymorphism of the cestode Proteocephalus longicollis (Cestoda: Proteocephalidae) through the ontogeny. P. 103-111.
The qualitative diversity of Proteocephalus longicollis through the ontogeny was studied: procercoids from copepods, immature and mature cestodes from the vendace Coregonus albula L. The structure of the P. longicollis population was found to be made up of the dominant phenotypes: by the scolex shape — Sc2, by the sucker arrangement type — S1, by the proglottid shape — P3, by the ovary lobe shape — 01, by the testes arrangement type — T2. Some rare and scant phenotypes are also present. It is shown that the structure of the parasite phenotypes is relatively stable through the ontogeny. The assumption is made about the high survival rate of the S2 sucker phenotype.

Influence of anthelmintic preparations on enzyme systems of parasitic flatworms. P. 112-125.
Literary and original data on the influence of some anthelmintic preparations on the survival in vitro and activity of twenty enzymes of gluconeogenesis, carbohydrate and energy metabolism in the trematode species Eurytrema pancreaticum and Calicophoron ijimai parasitizing cattle in the Russian Far East are summarized.

Leptomonas jaculum (Leger, 1902) Woodcock, 1914: a leptomonas or a blastocrithidia? P. 126-136.
Flagellates Leptomonas jaculum, inhabiting the intestine of the water scorpion Nepa cinerea posses promastigote organization, typical of the genus Leptomonas. Nevertheless phylogenetic analysis of the 18S rRNA gene revealed that these trypanosomatids form a common phylogenetic clade with cyst-forming representatives of the genus Blastocrithidia. Morphological characters supporting the unity of the group Blastocrithidia + L. jaculum and the probability of including L. oncopelti in it are discussed.

Contamination of meliorated territories by carnivore excrements contain eggs and larva of helminths (a study of problems of parasitic contamination). P. 137-144.
The results of coproscopical examined of carnivores carries out on eight meliorative systems of western part of Belorussian Polesie during 1995—1999 are presented. Eggs and larva of helminths were found in 95.4% of these animal excrements. A hundred of the meliorative channel banks contained 11.7 grams of excrements. These excrements contained up to 3890 eggs and larva of helminths. These results will important for studying of problems of parasitic contamination in meliorated territories.

Results of studing of Issykkul lake basin's monogeneas (Monogenea). P. 145-149.
The article consist of common results of long standing monogenea researches of Issykkul lake's basin. Monogenea's fauna of the basin includes 46 species. It was discovered for the first time 12 species for the republic, 2 species for Middle Asia. Besides it was described 3 new species for science. About 10 species were discovered into the lake together with hosts during the acclimatization.
